Top Walks Around Deni This Winter

•  Lagoons to River Trail (1.4km) – A gentle, family-friendly walk through the centre of town. Ideal for prams and bikes, with educational stops like McFaull Park and lovely green spaces including Waring Gardens. Time your walk with the Lions Community Market on the fourth Saturday of each month for a local experience.

•  Memorial Drive to Murray Valley Regional Park – A scenic riverside walk connecting the CBD to Island Sanctuary and Willoughby’s Beach. From there, explore the vast network of trails in the Murray Valley Regional Park, perfect for walking, cycling or wildlife spotting.

•  Beach to Beach Walk – A favourite with locals and visitors alike, this scenic route follows the river between McLean Beach and Willoughby’s Beach. It’s a peaceful and picturesque trail that winds along the water’s edge, through shady red gum forest and open spaces.
